  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the nut trail mix and drizzle honey over it to taste, ensuring an even coating.
  3. Spread the honey-coated nut mix on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  4. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
  5. Use a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring in between until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
