Instructions

Step-by-Step
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan, ensuring all areas are well-coated.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate large mixing bowl, beat sugar, eggs, almond milk, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
  5. Split the batter into two equal portions. Leave one portion as the vanilla base.
  6. To the other portion, add unsweetened cocoa, creating the chocolate portion. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Add the juice of one orange to the chocolate portion and add grated orange peel to the vanilla portion.
  8. Begin by spooning the vanilla batter into the prepared bundt pan. Then, spoon the chocolate batter on top, creating layers.
  9. Use a butter knife or a skewer to gently swirl through the batters in a figure-eight motion. This creates the classic marble pattern.
  10. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  11. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  12. Once cooled, decorate with vegan white and dark chocolate and let the chocolate dry. Slice and enjoy your delightful Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Marble Cake!
