What is PCOS?

PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome) is a hormonal disorder in your Body. Mainly your estrogen, testosterone, insulin and melatonin are not really doing what they are supposed to do: to keep your sugar levels in line, balance your weight and to control your cycle. You are not ovulating and/or your Period is not on time or missing. Most doctors want you to take the Pill to finally get better. But we want to show you, how to get your body back on track with natural treatments, supplements and mostly with a healthy diet.

What are the symptoms?

PCOS has an impact on many different parts in your Body: your insulin level can be out of balance, you gain weight, you don’t ovulate and instead you are developing cysts, you don’t have your period regularly, you can suffer from hair loss, your mood can change from happy to sad and mad easily, you are always hungry, you are tired when you wake up, no matter how long you slept. Sucks? Agreed. We are here to help you.

What can I do?

There are so many different ways of treating your PCOS and the beautiful part is: it really works. I (Shirien) have PCOS since 10 years and got diagnosed with PCOS in 2019. After changing my diet, taking supplements and including the right sport in my life, I finally ovulate, got my period regularly and I am in a way better health condition. We want to show you how that’s possible and support you. We know it can be difficult to take the first step and it can be hard to know what to do first. But don’t worry, you are not alone. Together we can do it.

What can I do to get better?

“All I want is to feel better”. I said this sentence more than one million times. I just want to feel better. Is that to much to ask for? And I tried so many different things, but nothing helped. And at one point I knew: this has to stop.
