Vegan Chicken

Gluten-free & Dairy-free

When you try to reduce your meat intake or completely remove meat from your food consumption, you can quickly be out of creativity for meat replacement. And after going through all the protein sources in veggies or other food, we all come to this final question: how can I get the best replacement?

We tried many brands and wanted to do one of our own. We will share with you some of our favorites. One of those is inspired by Maya from Fitgreenmind, who is sharing amazing vegan recipes.

For this one, you will need wet ingredients (chickpea, soy sauce, mustard, water, onion and agave syrup), dry ingredients (chickpea flour, glutinous rice flour, and gluten-free flour of choice) and a broth made out of water, onion, soy sauce and agave syrup.

We really love it and it can really give you a tasty option if you really struggle to replace the meat that you love.
