If you follow us for a while, you know the deep love that we have for sauces (watch What we always have in our fridge here) ! We always want to try new sauces/dips for meat, fries, sandwiches, shrimps, veggies or barbecue times in general.

We LOOOOOVE mayonnaise and we always wanted to try the avocado version. As we deeply love avocado we knew it would bring a good kick to the taste and also we thought that the color of the mix would just look so cool!

So that is why we wanted to share this barbecue game changer : our vegan, gluten-free and homemade Avocado-Mayo.

This mayo is very easy to make, you will only need : avocado, mustard, garlic, agave syrup, olive oil, salt and lemon. And there you go, you will impress all your barbecue guests with a sauce that they rarely see !
