Who does not know Nutella ? It is probably the most famous chocolate sprea in the whole world.

But as you all might know, it is far from being the most healthy one, because of its ingredients such as the amount of sugar and of fat. So we were looking (and still looking for more) for spreads that we would still love in the morning but that would be more healthy.

That is the reason why we ended doing our own 5-ingredients Vegan Nutella. Believe us : it is DE-LI-CIOUS !

Preparation
  1. Roast Nuts on 160° for 10-20 Minutes until golden brown.
  2. Take a kitchen towel or tissue and shake the nuts to that the skin comes off. (You can get a step-by-step video tutorial on pinterest).
  3. Take the seeds out of the medjool dates, and blend them together with the almond milk.
  4. Clean the mixer and blend the hazelnuts until they become creamy like nut butter.
  5. Add Date paste, salt and cocoa powder to the nut butter and mix well until combined.
  6. That is it! So easy and delicious.
