Gluten-Free Corndogs

Did you ever hear about corndogs? those sausage sticks, that you can fry or dip it in mustard or ketchup to remind you of the taste of a classic hot dog?

They are amazing! They have been made first by german immigrants living in Texas. They then adapt the recipe to the northern American fast-food style, and the corndog was born! It is cooked in many parts of the globe nowadays.

We love it and wanted to provide you the easiest, crispiest, gluten-free, and dairy-free version of those corndogs!

All you need is corn flour, cassava flour, egg, gluten-free cornflakes, oil to fry, hot dog sausage, sugar replacement, salt, baking powder, and vegan milk.

There they are, ready to be eaten and dip in the sauce you like, we like to eat them with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and we heard that honey is a must try !

Gluten-Free Corndogs

You can roll your corndog in small fries cubes before rolling them in the corn flakes.

Instructions

  1. Put together cassava flour, corn flour, egg, baking powder, sugar replacement, salt, and vegan milk, and mix it well
  2. Roll sausage in corn starch
  3. Dip the sausage in the dough
  4. Roll it in crumbled corn flakes
  5. Fry until golden brown
