Oh, how we love Hotdogs. They are so easy, fast, and always a perfect snack for a chilled summer day. And we love it if our food is low carb or even keto. So here are our favorite keto hotdogs! They are gluten-free (be careful: fried onions are not gluten-free but as Davids love them we put them on his ;)), PCOS friendly, halal as we prefer chicken or beef, and of course keto.

Keto hotdogs, hallal and pcos friendly

If want to mix it up, add some chilli flakes (not histamine friendly)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Warm up your sausages in a hot water bath
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of Olive oil in a pan, cut onions and paprika and fry in a pan until the paprika are soft
  3. Take Salad leaves, add your sausage, top with onion-paprika mix, add sauces of choice and pickles or fried Onions (not glutenfree)
