Whether you like veggies or not, sometimes they just look a bit boring, if we put them randomly on our plate. That’s why we love to create new, special recipes with veggies that we like the most. For example Broccoli.

It is one of those veggies, that so many kids hate! We love Broccoli. And one thing is for sure: they are healthy, full of vitamins like A, B, C, E, K, and even include folic acid (that’s great for women who want to be pregnant or who are pregnant). You can do so many things with broccoli, the list would be endless. But today we show you our newest recipe we fell in love with: Broccoli cheese balls.

They are so simple as you only need 5 main ingredients: broccoli, vegan cheese, starch, egg yolk, and flavors of your choice.

You can bake them in the oven until they are crispy and each of them will only contain 40g of calories. Of course, you can also fry them. This way your broccoli-cheeseballs probably contain a bit more calories as you need to use oil but they will be even more delicious.
