Have you ever heard about drunken noodles ? Yes, for us too it sounded funny, but thaï recipe is probably one of the most underrated one ! We just love it.

It is mostly made out of rice pasta, garlic, meat, veggies, different flavors & herbs that are giving a unique taste.

We decided to adapt the recipe to get our favorite version of it everytime we would like to cook it. We made a gluten-free and dairy-free version. Our ingredients are : mushrooms, zucchini, oyster sauce, soy sauce, gochujang, agave syrup, cooking wine, beef, corn starch, ginger, garlic, spring onions and of course rice pasta !

Your guests will always be speechless while eating this masterpiece!

One of the best, gluten free and dairy free drunken noodles recipe.

Instructions

  1. Cut all vegies into cubes.
  2. Mix mushrooms and zucchini with soy sauce, oyster sauce, shaoxing wine, gochujang, and agave syrup. Mix well and set aside for 30 Minutes.
  3. Cut beef into cubes and marinate with salt, soy sauce and corn starch and set aside for 30 minutes.
  4. If you use fresh rice pasta, cook it for 1-2 minutes until soft. If you use dry rice pasta, cook them 3-4 Minutes max.
  5. Cut garlic, green onions, and ginger into small pieces.
  6. Heat up oil in a pan, fry green onions, ginger and garlic for three minutes and take out of oil.
  7. Add beef to the left over oil in the hot pan and fry until golden brown on all sides.
  8. Add the marinated vegetable and add back the ginger, garlic, green onions mix.
  9. Add your rice pasta mix well and let it cook until the rice pasta has soaked up the sauce well. Enjoy!
